You can place an order through our website from anywhere, 24 hours a day. After we have received the payment for the item, your order confirmation, including your order number, will be sent to your e-mail address.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card and eCheck payments via Paypal. The item will be shipped after payment is received, eCheck cleared.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be subject to a 6.25% sales tax. Orders to all other states are not subject to sales tax.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped. Once your item is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. We always use a carrier that provides online tracking service.


All items shipped by FedEx Express are insured automatically up to $100. If you choose a different shipping method please remember that insurance is optional but highly recommended. We will not be responsible for uninsured items once they are shipped. DAMAGE OR LOSS in transit is the responsibility of the carrier, not ours. In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged shipment, save all packaging materials and notify us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Track Your Order

The tracking numbers for each day’s shipped orders are automatically emailed by 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.

Returns & Replacements

All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 6 months

Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by are covered by this Return Policy. Merchandise under this Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within six months of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to give refund on shipping, insurance, and customs fees. Return shipping for all items regardless of reason is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order will be deducted from your return credit. For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
