- Free ground shipping is available for orders shipped within the USA and not available for international shipments. (We have great international rates too and happy to ship your orders internationally)
- Orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time on a business day will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern time on a business day will be shipped out the next business day. For example, orders placed prior to 1 p.m. Eastern time on Monday will be shipped out on Monday, while orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern time on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. Eastern time, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Business days do not include holidays.
- We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.
